It has been an exciting year for the growth of CETEC internationally. In recognition of strong demand for our suite of Indoor Environment Quality services, CETEC is now servicing the UK market from our London base. Our new London office is based in the London South Bank University Precinct at 2B25 Technopark, 90 London Rd - at the 1 mile Beacon to London Bridge.
Australian First - Legionella Results in One Day - NATA Accredited
CETEC's wholly owned laboratory, FORAY Laboratories is NATA accredited for traditional potable water sampling and analysis and also NATA accredited for a rapid same day Legionella testing method. This allow for fast decision making following emergency disinfections, which is essential for high risk facilities, including healthcare.

CETEC can conduct a wide range of precertification testing and WELL consultancy advice for WELL Building Standard Features including for Air Quality, Water Quality, Lighting and Comfort.
Andrew Bellamy also recently became CETEC’s first qualified WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP TM).
We have long specialised in NABERS Indoor Environment and Green Star assessments and this experience provides a solid platform for understanding the complexities of the testing requirements of the various building rating systems.
Have your say on Building Air Tightness
CETEC is one of the key contributors in the development of a new Building Air Tightness credit requirement for the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star Design & As Built and Interiors tools. This new credit is now in the consultation phase and GBCA is requesting your feedback.
CETEC is highly experienced in conducting air leakage testing and has the latest blower door equipment compliant with ATTMA.
Major project experience includes testing during the construction of the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, the University of Newcastle and at the New Bendigo Hospital.
