CETEC appointed to develop National Legionella Control Guidelines

CETEC was recently appointed by the Federal Government to provide guidance to the National Environmental Health Standing Committee (enHealth) for the development of national guidance - Legionella control in potable water distribution systems in health and aged care facilities.

CETEC is leading the project with partners, Norman Disney and Young and Dr Paul Bartley as the other key contributors providing hydraulic engineering and clinical/health risks of Legionella expertise respectively. More info

Health, Safety and Environment Audits for Construction Projects

CETEC's HSE audits allow contractors to meet the auditing requirements for Construction Code Compliance and AS/NZS 4801: 2001 Occupational Health and Management System and  ISO 14001  Environmental Management System.  Our accredited auditors review documentation and conduct site inspections to substantiate compliance to one or more site safety/project/environmental/emergency management plans.

Indoor Air 2014 - Hong Kong

Jack Noonan and Dr Vyt Garnys recently returned from attending the International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate (ISIAQ) conference - Indoor Air 2014 in Hong Kong.  The conference is held every three years and is the leading conference for researches in the indoor air and climate space.  Key messages

ANGAU Memorial Hospital redevelopment - PNG
