Australia's first WELL rating has been achieved by Mirvac for 200 George Street, Sydney.
The team at CETEC conducted the Pre-Certification Performance Testing for Mirvac to verify that the offices met Air and Water Quality Feature requirements prior to WELL's formal assessment.
Key lessons learnt were the importance of planning for WELL early in the design and construction process and that 'hold points' need to be incorporated into the construction program to allow for pre-certification testing.
Verification And Performance Testing Capabilities
CETEC is an approved WELL Performance Testing Organization (PTO) for WELL v2 projects.
CETEC can provide the following verification and performance testing to ensure the WELL Building Standard requirements are being met. This testing can be conducted to determine the feasibility of pursuing WELL certification, during construction and commissioning and at completion of a project. All testing is conducted by experienced scientific consultants and overseen by a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL APTM).
